This casefeeder is a totally new design, manufactured from high end engineered materials and components, it is robust and flexible for position and angles to suit most applications.

The Standard Casefeeder is a stand alone machine designed to be able to be fitted to most presses and will hold around 1,500 x 9mm cases.

The Casefeeder is supplied with a connector hose and twist lock to connect to the casefeeder as standard. Rollsizer recomends the casefeeder position be trialed a number of times BEFORE the connecting hose is cut. It is critical that the customer test the casefeeder position and adjust the position of the casefeeder to suit their requirements. The connecting hose MUST be disconnected from the drop chute before any adjustments of the casefeeder angle is done. It is expected some work will be required to connect the discharge end of the casefeeder hose to your press. The supplied hose will work fine with the rollsizer.com machines.

The Casefeeder has the following features.

• Throughput up to 10,000 cases per hour for 9x19, 38S/SC, 40S&W and 45ACP. other cases such as revolver and magnum cases will have slightly different rates.
• Universal shellplate to cover most pistol cases**
• Variable speed to suit your application / demand.
• Contactless chute fill sensor (no mechanical switch in the drop chute to fail)
• Provision for a Rare Earth magnet to be placed just below sensor to pick up steel cases. This will hold up to 40mm diameter magnets and does not effect the sensor operation. 
• Auto detection jam detection with automatic reverse / forward function.
• Automatic overload protection for major jams. 
• Momentary Reverse button.
• Case count up to 9,999 cases. This is able to be turned on / off.
• Programmable case count stop up to 9,999 cases. This is able to be turned on / off.
• Adjustable casefeeder level angle. This allows the hopper to be lowered to around 45 degrees to clear out cases. The nangle adjustment is a tooless process and uses a camlock device fitted to the mounting post. The connection hose MUST be disconnected before changing the casefeeder angle. 
• Adjustable mounting post that can be securely locked in position to suit customers requirements. The post will accept up to 36mm diameter posts and up to 25mm (1") square posts.
• Supplied with clear Polycarbonate side panel to allow you to determine the case level in the feeder (standard casefeeder).
• Casefeeder is supplied with a hinged lid to reduce noise and dust (important when processing soiled cases).
• Waste slots in the casefeeder tub to allow loose primers and minor rocks and dirt to clear the hopper and not get lifted into the discharge chute.
• Will fit directly on the Rollsizer.com Commercial Rollsizer and is perfect for high volume applications using the post supplied with the rollsizer.
• Supplied with a high quality wall mounted AC / DC power suply (100VAC up to 270VAC ok).
• The casefeeder is designed for processing soiled cases and is excellent for use with the rollsizer.com decappers. 

The reloading market has never had a cost effective casefeeder capable of keeping up with commercial Rollsizers (or even the Decappers). The existing reloader casefeeders are simply are not designed for reliable high volume processing. Problems such as waterfall spillages cannot occur. Rollsizer casefeeders are designed for 100% duty operation and have been designed for competitors and processors alike.

*The casefeeder is supplied with a standard shellplate and will process the following cases at high rates (up to 10,000 cases per hour). 380ACP, 9x19, 38 Super / Supercomp, 357SIG/40S&W, 45ACP. 

Slower rates will apply to 38SPL, 357 Mag, 44SPL, 44Mag.

The casefeeder is currently able to process rifle cases, but at much slower rates. With the right feeder angle, we have reliably feed up to 3,000 cases per hour. Rollsizer is currently testing a high volume rifle plate and drop chute. This is expected to be released 2nd Quarter 2026. The preliminary test results are good and they expect 5,500 >6,500 cases per hour (to be confirmed).
