Rollsizer - Universal Rollsizer - DC
The Universal Rollsizer is an Adjustable Rollsizer capable of rollsizing all cases between 380ACP and 50BMG in one machine. The rollsizer operates off a main power supply (110VAC up to 250VAC in 50hz or 60hz) which allows the drive to do the hard work in rollsizing your cases. DC Powered operation which allows the user to dial in their own sizing requirements with extremely high accuracy and repeatability. This machine will fix the base bulge in cases commonly called "Glock Bulge" or "Clickers". The adjustable function in the Universal design allows reloaders to size their cases to suit their own chambers.
Generally, Rollsizer recommends sizing the cases between 0.004' and 0.005" under their chamber which will vary between manufacturers and even from production batch to batch. Ensuring your cases can be sized correctly and consistently will allow the ultimate in consistently and accuracy.
The DC Compact powered Universal Rollsizer is ideally suited for the medium to high volume reloader who has a lot of different calibers not supported by Rollsizer's other products, or precision and long range shooters who are looking for the ultimate in reloaded cases.
The Universal Rollsizer has been made with precision and repeatability in mind and has been fitted with a high accuracy Vernier adjustment. Once you set the adjustment the way you want it, record the setting and you can go back and forth between any of the calibres with 100% repeatability.
The majority of standard 1" (25mm) long dial indicators will fit.
Please note, the rollsizer is NOT suitable for belted cases (i.e. 300 Weatherby magnum and belted cases).
